1. Order Cancellation
   1.1 Cancellation Window
   Orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of placing them.
   To cancel, contact us immediately at sales@layeredwonders.in with your order details.
   If the order is canceled within 5 hours and payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within 7-15 business days.
   1.2 After 5 Hours
   Once the 5-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled as they are processed for shipping.
2. Replacement Policy for Damaged or Defective Items
   2.1 Eligibility for Replacement
   If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement.
   You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
   To process a replacement, clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or defective item is required.
   2.2 Replacement Process
   Contact us at sales@layeredwonders.in with your order number and evidence of the damage/defect.
   Our team will review your request and confirm replacement eligibility.
   If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
   2.3 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
   We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
   Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to screen settings or handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects.
3. Refund Policy
   Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available for an eligible damaged or defective product.
   If applicable, the refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.
